Like most of you, I have dealt with a lot of car sales organizations. The entire team at Carnival Kia Franklin that I dealt with, from GM Tracy, to the fabulous Kurt Lytle, to Tim and Tabitha in Finance, and finally to the supreme Anya in Service, was nothing short of exemplary. In fact, I will put it this way; I felt more like I was at a family reunion than at a car dealership.
The best part of all was Tracy and Kurt made good on a promise of some service that was a few weeks \"post-sale\", and this has NOT been my experience when dealing with other dealerships that were also\"great guys\" - up until the sale.
I should add that they are dealing in as good a car make as any these days. Kia today truly is like Honda was in the 80\'s: a price, product and service unmatched, whereas Honda is now clearly years beyond their peak in those areas.
I will be dealing with these guys as long as I live in Middle Tennessee- and maybe afterwards!
